Privacy policy

This policy describes how information is handled when you use the cutitaru presentation site (the “Site”). It is written for clarity; it is not a substitute for legal advice tailored to your situation.

Who is responsible

The Site is operated by cutitaru (sole trader / independent studio). For privacy requests, use the contact details you already have or the form on the Contact section of the Site.

What we collect and why

Contact form

If you submit the contact form, we process the fields you provide (typically name, email, optional phone, and message) solely to read and respond to your enquiry. Submissions are handled by the server endpoint configured for the Site (contact.php). Do not send sensitive personal data unless strictly necessary.

To alert the operator promptly, a copy of the submission may be sent via Telegram’s Bot API to a destination controlled by the Site operator. That transmission is limited to what you typed in the form.

Analytics (Microsoft Clarity)

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how the Site is used (for example aggregated engagement and session insights). Clarity may set or read cookies and similar technologies as described in Microsoft’s documentation. We load Clarity to support site improvement and diagnostics; see also our Cookie policy.

Site visit notifications

The Site may send a single lightweight request per browser tab session so the operator can receive an operational notice (for example via Telegram) with approximate location derived from IP and technical details such as user agent. See the Cookie policy for a concise description of what is sent and how often.

Legal bases (summary)

Depending on your jurisdiction, processing may rely on consent, legitimate interests (for example operating and securing the Site), or pre-contractual steps. Where consent is required for specific tools, you should use the choices offered by your browser or applicable consent mechanisms.

Retention

Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to complete the conversation and any follow-up, unless a longer period is required by law.

Your rights

Where applicable law grants you rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent), you may contact us using the same channels as above. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

International transfers

Tools such as Clarity may involve processing outside your country of residence. Microsoft’s terms and safeguards apply to their service.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
